What is restorative Dentistry?

Restorative-Dentistry-Image-1Decay and old defective mercury fillings often cause the teeth to become discolored, unsightly or fractured, and it will need to be replaced. The options to replace these old or decayed mercury fillings are composite fillings. A composite filling is tooth colored and provides an appealing alternative. If your cavity is larger,  a crown may be required. A crown is a custom made porcelain cover designed to fit the entire chewing surface of the tooth. It will provide extra protection to the remaining tooth structure.

At Maple Leaf Dental we have be doing restorative work for over 15 years. Through the latest CAD/CAM technology you can be assured of a quality end result and an aesthetic pleasing smile.
